Overall it is an absolutely great and incredibly friendly hotel and we greatly enjoyed the stay, the location was excellent close to everything. It has helpful and friendly staff and excellent services. Possibly the best and wonderful property experience we have had, would come here again...

The beds are exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Each suite is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and dining area, which adds to the convenience of your stay. the location is marvelous, with everything you need nearby, including the mall, restaurants, gas stations, the highway. This makes it easy to access all the local attractions.

We had a fantastic stay! the beds were comfortable, and each room was spacious and clean. It was great to have a microwave, fridge, and a dining area in our accommodation. the location was excellent, very close to restaurants, gas stations, the highway, shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better spot in Newport News!

The furniture and the floor was nasty. There was smoking in a nearby room. The tub squeaked and popped as though it would fall through. The bathroom wasn't clean.

I found everything to be perfectly fine during my stay. The location is great for exploring Newport News, right by restaurants, gas stations, the highway, and shopping. Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is conveniently located close by for a quick bite before bed. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next visit to Newport News.

The room was just dirty nasty they didn't clean it people at the desk clothes was wrinkled never experienced anything like this before
